When a band in arrives in the wrong Israeli city (fictional Bet Hatikva, with a “B” instead of real Petah Tikva, with a “P”), they soon discover the differences between the two cities. One is very desirable while the other is a slab of concrete in the middle of the desert. The desirability of an area has a big impact on the prices of things, such as the price paid for housing, in the area.
